I recently purchased a BMW X5 diesel, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the outstanding service I received from Jalima, From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. What really stood out was how attentive He was to my specific needs. I’ve always preferred diesel vehicles, and Jalima respected that without trying to push me toward other options. She made sure all my questions were answered clearly and honestly, and He guided me through every step of the process with transparency. The entire buying experience was smooth, stress-free, and well-organized. Jalima kept me informed throughout, handled everything efficiently, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. His customer service and dedication truly made a difference. I highly recommend Jalima to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealership experience. If you want someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle, He is the person to ask for. Thank you again, Jalima, for making this such a positive experience!

We had an excellent experience with European Cars Of Naples, especially with Facundo. He helped us purchase a Truck and the entire process was smooth and professional from beginning to end. Facundo was knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful, answering all our questions and making sure everything was handled correctly. Its not always easy to find someone trustworthy when buying a vehicle, but Facundo made us feel confident in our purchase. We truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend him and Excellence Auto Dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you, Facundo!!

They provided great service and were very transparent. The atmosphere was very welcoming from the start and the whole process went smoothly. I was able to finance a 2008 Lexus IS 250 with no mechanical issues. They were very attentive and answered all my questions about the car. They really know how to take care of a client.

Bought a 2005 Jetta TDI, seller claimed that car was in great shape. Car made it less than 40 miles before throw out bearing went bad, the sellers response is pictured below. do not buy from this seller he will take your money give you a damaged car then hide behind the “taken as-is” papers he makes you sign. sellers response: “ No, you can’t return it, sales are final by owners policy I have other partners too, I don’t know what you try to mean about the slave I drove that car from Ft myer and runs perfect im wondering I give you discount and buy parts for you my friend I don’t know what else to do maybe you can bring it to my Mecanich and paid for labor he will be able to fix it for you ”
